Stuart Hodas, Founder and President
Stuart Hodas is one of the earliest proponents of the sustainable and modular European model of interior construction. Stuart embraced the notion that construction can be a far more efficient endeavor than the traditional model, and thus founded Spaceworks Architectural Interiors in 2007, with a focus on innovation and better ways to build. Prior to that, Stuart spent more than 20 years in sales, sales management, and marketing positions in the computer hardware and software industries, and in contract furniture. Stuart holds a BA in Marketing from Bentley College, Waltham, MA. Stuart is active in the community and supports IFMA Boston, CoreNet New England, and Wentworth Institute of Technology’s cooperative education program.

Matthew Pierce, Project Manager
Matt has been with Spaceworks Architectural Interiors for 3 years and has managed the full service cycle from specification through installation. Since joining Spaceworks AI, Matt has managed projects for clients such as Aetna, Novartis, JLL and AT&T. Matt is instrumental in servicing Spaceworks AI clients and developing long term relationships. Prior to joining Spaceworks AI, Matt worked as a Facilities Project Manager for Pearson and Brown Brothers Harriman, both in Boston. Matt holds a BS in Facility Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, MA.

Arslan Shabbir, Assistant Project Manager
Arslan is responsible for design, pricing, preparing proposals, and shop drawings, as well as project management support. Arslan’s experience includes design and project management for various design and construction firms in the Boston area, with experience in both residential and commercial projects. He is currently a candidate for Masters of Architecture at Boston Architectural College and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Architecture and Urban Planning) from the University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada.

Craig Miller, COO
Craig manages general administration and operations, including financial analysis and management. He is responsible for Spaceworks AI’s technology infrastructure including hardware and software applications in support of Spaceworks AI’s client initiatives. He provides all internal and external reporting, customizing as required to meet client needs. Prior to joining Spaceworks AI, Craig was CFO/COO of several companies in the high-tech sector. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley College, Waltham, MA.

Lori Stewart Coletti, Consultant, Client Relations
Lori has more than 20 years experience in leadership, development, and client relations in the A/E/C professional services community, with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives, multiple groups and growth activities. She has a strong track record in successful strategy, project management and process improvement in a variety of industry sectors and in projects up to over 2 million sf in multiple locations. Lori has excellent communications and group dynamics skills and possesses the ability to contribute at the strategic and tactical levels. Her professional experience includes leadership positions within the end user, owners’ rep, and general contractor communities, where she served clients on both on a project and account management basis. She is active in the community, has taught on the adjunct faculty and Wentworth Institute of Technology for 10 years, and has numerous speaking engagements and published articles on the subjects of business strategy, team development, and planning and project management. Lori holds a B.S. in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University and a Masters of Business Administration from Simmons School of Management.
