This new branch office in Medford required a coordinated effort between the project manager, JLL, the contractor, and Spaceworks Architectural Interiors to provide a fast turnaround for planning and orders, to meet a tight schedule for construction and occupancy. Of particular importance was superior acoustical privacy and a product that was field-fit to adjust for existing site conditions.
