The complex consists of 2 Class A office buildings totaling 154,000 sf and a permitted parcel for another 150,000 sf. It is set in an ideal location, with wooded surrounding areas, walking paths, and a peaceful pond, all with direct access to routes 93 and 495, at exit 43 from 93 North. Currently the property is more than 90% leased. Leggat McCall acquired the property in 2008 and completed initial renovations in 2009.
