There was a time when raised access floors were considered only for high tech spaces - data centers, clean rooms and trading floors - or where under-floor air conditioning was required.  Not anymore.  Technological advances and greater cost efficiency is making a raised floor solution practical in any setting:  offices, schools, hospitals, retail and commercial spaces.

ASM Products manufacturers a raised access floor system which exceeds the standard specification for raised access flooring.  ASM has lowered the profile from 6 inches to 2.5, creating total flexibility and constructability.

ASM's modular flooring product is considered the most practical and cost effective way to distribut and organize all power/data/voice cabling.  The floor tiles are concrete filled, steel formed panels, capable of loads ranging from 1,000-2,500 pounds, and include perforated panels at 26% and 56% air grates to maximize air floor in computer rooms.  Pedestal systems are both 2' and 4' stringer for data center and Quick-Lock for open plan.  Finished floor heights range from 2 1/2" to 6' and include a full line of accessories to support underfloor delivery of electrical, tel/data and HVAC.

By integrating Spaceworks AI architectural walls with access flooring, the client is able to benefit from the total flexibility in future reconfigurations and the lowest price point for walls - since all power can be run from the floor.
